    Previously toasted and then crushed cardamom seeds are milled together with our olives to yield a delicately scented oil suited on savory and also sweet dishes.
    Perfect to dress curried rice, steamed vegetables, chicken and cardamom salad, raw fish, casseroles, bean soups and other pulses.
    Also great for the preparation of biscuits and cakes.
