    Fresh olives from the estate are crushed with myrtle berries. Ideal to cook with wild fowl, roast piglets and casserole of pheasant and partridge, turkey roll, goat with potatoes and myrtle oil. Also suitable to use in the preparation of sponge cakes and savoury muffins.
