Beef carpaccio with Ginger oil

Ingredients for three   

Beef slices suitable for carpaccio, parmesan cheese, Ginger oil

 

Place the thin slices of beef on a layer of kitchen film, flake the Grana Padano cheese over the top and roll the film up tightly and put it in the freezer for about ten minutes. This makes it easier to cut the roll into slices. Remove the film and drizzle Ginger oil over the slices.
