Fresh tuna kebabs with herbs and Bergamia oil

 

 

Ingredients for four

 

17,65 oz fresh tuna fillet, 1 glass Bergamia oil, ½ tablespoon of mixed herbs: oregano, thyme, marjoram, Salt and pepper, Chilli pepper

 

Rinse and dry the tuna, cut into bite-sized cubes. Marinate for 30 minutes in the Bergamia oil with the herbs, salt and pepper and the chilli pepper.

Put the tuna on the kebab sticks and rapidly turn them in a very hot non-stick pan without adding oil. Serve immediately.
