Salmon surprises with Granverde oil


Ingredients for four:


1 slice salmon, 3-4 tbs soft fresh cheese, parsley, rosemary, salt and pepper, Granverde oil, pastry


Wash the salmon and remove the scales. Blend with the cheese and the herbs. Add salt and pepper to taste and then add the Granverde oil. Cut the pastry into circles or flower shapes, bake blind in a baking tray for muffins or small cakes at 180°C for 8-10 minutes. When cool, pipe the mousse into the shapes.
