Cinnamon and chocolate buns

Ingredients for six:

17,65 oz plain flour, 5,3 oz soya milk, some red berry jam, 2 handfuls of raisins, 0,90 oz extra virgin olive oil, 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon, 0,7 oz fresh yeast, 5,3 oz warm water, 1 tablespoon sugar, 0,20 oz salt, crumbled dark chocolate.

Put the raisins in a little warm water to soften. Dissolve the yeast in the warm water. In a large bowl mix the flour and milk, then the oil, sugar, salt and the yeast. Blend well, mixing for at least 5 minutes to obtain a soft dough. Roll it out into a rectangle 5mm thick. Spread the jam all over the surface and add the raisins (strained and dried), the cinnamon and the chocolate. Roll up and cut into 8 equal parts. Place them on a floured oven tray and leave for an hour in a warm place to rise.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200° C for about 25 minutes.
