Wild herb salad with Granverde


Ingredients for two

A handful of daisies, tender dandelion leaves, wild rocket, chervil, primrose petals, wild lettuce and nasturtium leaves;
For the dressing: Granverde oil, a little cider vinegar, a pinch of salt and some white pepper


Wash and dry the herbs, mix in a bowl. Beat the dressing ingredients with a fork until foamy, dress the salad and serve with a slice of country bread.
