Pumpkin puree with Ginger oil





1 large pumpkin slice, 2 tablespoons Ginger oil, 2 teaspoons soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon sesame seed oil (or half teaspoon of sesame seeds per serving) , salt, white pepper to taste.


Trim the pumpkin and cut it into pieces. Place in a baking pan with the skin side down, season with sesame seed oil (or olive oil and sesame seeds), salt and bake at 200 degrees for 90 minutes.

Remove the pulp with a spoon, put it in a bowl, mix with the Ginger oil and sieve to get a very smooth mixture. Add the soy sauce and fresh grated ginger, salt and pepper and serve with some toasted sesame seeds.
