Salad with pomegranate, pears, Grana cheese and Granverde oil


Ingredients for two:

soft lettuce such as cornsalad, 1 carrot, 2 small firm pears, a handful of pine nuts, 1,75 oz raisins, 1 pomegranate, flakes of Parmesan cheese, mint leaves, salt and Granverde oil.


Wash and dry the lettuce carefully, soak the raisins in warm water, squeeze and dry them when soft. Toast the pine nuts in a small pan until they are brown and crunchy. Wash the pears, peel and slice them. Wash and peel the carrot, slice thinly with a potato peeler. Flake the cheese. Remove the pomegranate seeds delicately. Mix the carrot and lettuce in a serving dish with Granverde oil and salt flakes. All the other ingredients should be placed on top, finish with Granverde oil and salt .
