    Condiment based on Trebbiano Modenese grape must and Ancellotta grape rose essence, perfect for creative uses in the kitchen, mainly on fish dishes, as well as on marinades and vegetables. Drizzle on grilled vegetables, shellfish, clams, caviar or fresh fruit in syrup. Rosé Balsamic Vinegar is fully natural. Clear with a rose hint, fresh and fruity scent, well balanced flavour with delicate notes of rose. Aged 5 years in ash barrels.
