Apple cupcakes with cinnamon oil

Ingredients: 12 cupcakes:
150 g/5.30 oz  Flour Type 1,
2 eggs,
Golden Delicious apples,
1/2 organic lemon,
A pinch of salt,
1000 ml/33.8 oz milk,
80 g/2.82 oz  brown sugar + for decorating,
40 g/1.4 oz Cinnamon oil,
1 tbsp of baking powder.

Method:
Peel and cut the apples in little pieces, sprinkle them with lemon juice and put aside. Beat the eggs with a fork together with milk, Cinnamon oil, sugar and a pinch of salt. Add, stirring gradually, the flour, a teaspoon of backing powder and the cut apples; top them with a half lemon peel. Once you get a homogeneous dough, fill the cups, add a dust of brown sugar and bake them at 180 degrees for half an hour.
