Chicken pieces with Sage and Bergamia Oil

Ingredients for 4:
25 oz chicken breasts,
25 fl.oz. Bergamia oil,
2 tablespoons of flour,
white pepper,
a handful of pine nuts,
sesame seeds,
plenty of sage,
1 clove garlic.

Cut the chicken breasts into pieces, put them in a bowl and cover with Bergamia oil and sage leaves. Leave to rest in the fridge for about 2 hours. Brown the garlic and pine nuts in a saucepan with Bergamia oil, remove the garlic and add the chicken pieces. Fry for a few minutes then add salt and pepper to taste. Add the sesame seed, more sage, the flour and two glasses of hot water. Cook on a low heat until the texture is creamy and ready to serve.
