Plumcake Chocolate with Rose of Mary Oil
Ingredients for 4/6 persons:
300 g/10.58 oz 0 flour,
120 /4.2 sugar,
1 sachet baking powder,
140 g/5 oz dark chocolate or chocolate drops,
Two tbsps. cane sugar,
120 ml/4 oz ml ROSE OF MARY infused oil,
120 m/4 oz CLASSIC extra virgin olive oil,
180 ml/6 oz whole milk,
A pinch of salt.
Beat the eggs in a bowl with a pinch of salt and drizzle the Classic extra virgin olive oil, Rose of Mary infused oil and the milk. Mix gently until all the ingredients are blended. Sift the flour with the baking powder and add the sugar. Combine these ingredients together with the wet ones and blend gently. Add 2/3 of the chocolate already chopped in small pieces with a knife. Pour the dough into a 10 x 25 cm plumcake mold, dust with couple spoons of cane sugar and cover with the chocolate flakes.
Place in the preheated oven (180 °C) and cook for 35/40 minutes. Check the cooking with a toothpick in the middle of the plumcake.
Let the cake cool, remove from the mold and serve.
