COUS COUS WITH SEMI-DRIED TOMATOES, MATURE RICOTTA AND GRANVERDE OIL
Ingredients for 2:
150 gr (about 5,3 oz) cous cous,
10 semi-dried tomatoes,
40 gr (about 1,4 oz) mature ricotta,
1 little Granverde oil,
5-6 capers, salt,
a pinch of pepper.
Boil the water for the cous cous and add a little salt. Place the cous cous in a bowl and pour the boiled water over it, cover for a few minutes. Mix the cous cous with the other ingredients and dress with Granverde oil to give it a fresh flavour.
