Curried focaccia bread with Classic Oil

Ingredients for 2:
8,8 oz flour,
3,5 oz mashed potato,
90 oz water,
1,75 oz extra virgin olive oil,
0,18 oz curry powder,
0,4 oz fresh yeast,
0,18 oz salt.

Method:
Dissolve yeast in the water and add the oil. Add the flour, potatoes, salt and curry powder. Knead the mixture until a soft stretchy consistency is obtained. If necessary add some water, shape into a ball and leave to rise until the volume has doubled. Roll the dough out to ½ cm, shape with a cutter or a knife and put on a lined baking tray, leave to rise for a further hour. Bake at 170 ° C for about 15 minutes.
