Eggplants with Tulsi oil

2 eggplants,
0,5 dl stock (broth),
2 tbsp Tulsi oil,
Salt to taste.

Peel the eggplants, cut them into thin slices and place them on an oiled pan. Bake in the oven at 200 ° C for 15 minutes, until they are soft and golden. Pour the stock with the honey, 2 tbsp of Tulsi oil and a pinch of salt in a small saucepan. Let it all bake until it becomes creamy. Place the eggplants on a serving dish and dress with the honey and cinnamon sauce.
