
Goat’s milk cheese, tomato and basil with Cardamom oil
Ingredients:
200 g (7 oz) soft goat’s milk cheese,
salt, Aromatico oil,
crackers or crisp flatbread.
Method:
Dilute the goat’s milk cheese with the Aromatico oil and salt to taste. Pipe onto crackers or a crisp flatbread and serve, decorate the plate with cherry tomatoes and basil.
