
Hamburger with herbs and Mustard oil
Ingredients for 4:
11 oz minced meat,
1 egg,
2/3 tablespoons breadcrumbs,
grated parmesan cheese,
chopped basil,
sage and parsley,
sliced tomatoes,
Mozzarella cheese,
salt and pepper,
Mustard oil.
Method:
Mix the meat, egg, breadcrumbs, part of the herbs, grated cheese and a pinch of salt; when the mixture is well amalgamated leave to rest in the fridge for 30 minutes. Form medium-sized hamburgers with the mixture and cook them in a little oil for about 5/6 minutes, then put them straight onto an oven tray, sprinkle the remaining herbs and put a slice of tomato and one of mozzarella on top. Bake for 5 minutes at 180° C. Serve the hamburgers hot on a bed of lettuce and tomatoes, dress with a drizzle of Mustard oil.
