Potato and carrot hash with Mustard oil
Ingredients for 2:
1 tablespoon tahini paste.
Slice the onion and fry in Mustard oil. Chop the potato and carrot and add to the onion when it is well browned. Brown lightly then add a glass of water and close the pan with a lid and cook for 20 minutes on a low heat mixing occasionally.
