SEA BASS CARPACCIO WITH HERBS AND WITH GRANVERDE OIL
Ingredients for 10:
Marinate a large sea bass (1,5 kg) with 10 g. salt , 5 g.sugar , a good tuft of herbs (thyme, dill, marjoram, chives), crushed pepper and Granverde oil. Leave for about 24 hours. Slice thinly and serve with a green salad dressed with Granverde oil.
