Toasted bread with chick pea purée and Mustard oil

Ingredients:
Chick pea flour,
milk,
salt,
Mustard oil.

Method:
Mix the flour with the milk and stock, blend for a few minutes to get a smooth, creamy texture with no lumps. Salt to taste. Add more liquid according to preference.
Toast some country style bread and rub with fresh rosemary, pour a spoonful of chick pea cream over and drizzle a little Mustard oil over before serving.
