Choose the product you want to buy by choosing between the three different types:
1- D.O.P MOLISE
The estate distinguished blend is Molise DOP (Protected Denomination of Origin). 80% Leccino and Gentile di Larino, 20% Rosciola olives are combined to make this typical selection. Intense, clear golden yellow with slight green hues. Its aroma is ample and rotund, with hints of artichoke, lettuce and chicory, enriched by fragrant notes of basil and parsley. Its taste is fine and complex, with a flavor of unripe tomato, white apple and a final note of almond and black pepper. Bitterness and pungency are distinct and well balanced.
2- MONOVARIETAL PERANAZANA
The Peranzana variety was brought to the area from Provence in the 18th century by the Duke di Sangro. It has a fruity aroma of olive with grassy and floral notes, as well as hints of green tomato, herbs and freshly cut wheat. To the palate this oil is lightly fruited and balanced, bitter notes that blend with the slightly spicy aftertaste and delicate hints of almond and artichoke.
3- ORGANIC SELECTION
Olives from certified groves of the estate are combined to create this gentle, slightly fruity blend. Yellow with green hints; the taste is fine and complex with traces of sweet almond and a slight pungency. The bouquet is delicately fruited, with a hint of fresh grass.
