Pale brown olive of the variety “Itrana”, commonly called Gaeta olives. It has a firm texture, fragrant, with a round shape and crunchy consistency. Great as an appetizer on pasta sauce, with salads or cold meats and cod fish. Rinse before use and keep in the fridge after opening.
