Organic Modena  balsamic vinegar produced with organic cooked grape must and wine vinegar.
Vinagro has a bright dark color with a pungent aroma and a sweet and sour flavor. Best used on plain risotto, an extra touch on vegetable rolls, to embellish a cheese platter, drizzled on mixed salads.  Ideal in marinating meat dishes and on  desserts such as ice creams, fruit salads, berries and figs.
