We proceed with a visit inside the mill, where you can know the entire production process, then to the cellar where the oil is stored. Lastly, you will be guided to our showroom, where you can admire all our products, the awards won, and consult the various available guides.

Tastings of our products, discovering our range of extra virgin oils, our selection of citrus oils, and infused oils. We offer a unique experience that allows for a deeper understanding of oils, exploring different cultivars and extraction techniques, but above all discovering together the benefits, properties, and various ways to use these extraordinary oils.

Our cooking classes guide participants through the preparation of recipes, from the simplest to the most elaborate. A practical and educational journey aimed at teaching culinary techniques and the correct use of ingredients, to gain greater awareness in the kitchen and enhance the gastronomic tradition of the territory.

An invitation to calm and relaxation, immersed in the nature of Bosco Pontoni. We organize picnics among the olive trees, in the gardens of the masseria, or on the shores of the lake, where you can enjoy our products and local traditional recipes in an authentic and charming setting.

Available only during the harvest season, this experience offers the opportunity to personally take part in the olive harvest. You will follow the entire path from the field to the mill, observing each phase up to the birth of the oil. An immersive experience in the heart of olive oil tradition, to live and take home with you.

Also during the harvest period, we offer the opportunity to dedicate yourself to the collection of table olives. An activity suitable for everyone, with no age limit, to be experienced independently or with company. An authentic and fun way to get to know different varieties, choose according to your taste, and experience up close an age-old tradition.

Each season brings new wild plants to discover. Together, we will gather and learn to recognize them, deepening our knowledge of their properties and possible culinary uses. An educational, fun activity deeply connected to nature.

Accompanied by our beekeeper Emanuele, we will explore the fascinating world of bees. An introduction to their complex society and the fundamental role they play in the environment. An activity suitable for both adults and children, full of discovery and wonder.

Bosco Pontoni, once entirely agricultural, is now a haven of biodiversity. The olive groves and artificial lakes, created by Don Francesco Colonna, host numerous bird species. We offer guided walks through nature and history, to closely observe the local fauna and rediscover the value of the ecosystem that surrounds us.
