ORGANIC WHOLEMEAL SPELT PASTA WITH ROSAOLIVA OIL
Ingredients for four:
300 g (about 11 oz) spelt pasta, 1 large mozzarella, 1 large potato, 3/4 pieces of cauliflower, RosaOliva oil.
Boil the potato and cauliflower in salted water until they are soft. Drain, pat dry and cut into cubes, cut the mozzarella into cubes of the same size. Cook the pasta in the vegetable cooking water, drain and add the mozzarella and vegetables, dress with plenty of Rosaoliva.
